3.4 Account Currency

solairesbk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your solairesbk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude solairesbk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

solairesbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority

You may also close your solairesbk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
